Breathwork
Breathwork is an active somatic practice often experienced as a blend of deep meditation and psychedelic transcendence. The breath is our most intuitive medicine, and as such, it has the capacity to move through the body with divine precision to support you in releasing what no longer serves you and perhaps was never yours to begin with. Since you are taking every breath, meeting yourself in each moment along the way, the shifts and insights that occur during the breathwork make it easy for our psychic systems to integrate fully.
